New Items can be returned to us, before use, if found to be faulty or damaged. Products must be returned to us in the original packing with all parts and accessories. The customer will need to notify us as soon as the problem arises and pay for the return carriage back to us.

Used Items can be returned to us within a 7 day period if the product is found to be unsuitable for the use that it was intended. Should the customer wish to do this they will still be required to notify us and return it at their own cost with all parts and accessories.
